We ship all across Canada. All orders $300 or more are free for Standard Shipping.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we ship with UPS Canada. Once your order is processed we will send you an email with a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you can go to www.ups.ca and track your HINT MAVEN order!
What is your return policy?
You have 10 days for refunds or exchanges. Any damaged or worn clothing will not be accepted for refund or exchange. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct RA#. In order to receive a return authorization number, please contact our customer service with the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange.

Do you take orders over the phone?
You can call the customer service number for assistance on placing an order online. We cannot take credit card numbers over the phone. Although, we will assist you step by step until the order is fully completed and confirmed.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
According to common practice in the retail industry and under the law of consumer protection, HINT MAVEN does not reimburse the difference between an item paid at regular price and its sale price.
What is pre-order?
Pre-order is an order placed for products that soon will be available. Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.
In general, products under pre-order will be the most popular ones on the market. Demand for them usually exceeds supply at the first beginning. Pre-order way ensures you get the product almost the same time we do.
Availability of pre-order items?
Estimated time of arrival is not always secured when it comes to pre-order items. We want you to feel confident that you will receive your Pre Order items within a reasonable timeframe. Each Pre Order item has an estimated shipping date but we cannot guarantee these dates and they are subject to change from the vendor without notice. We have no control over vendor production schedules/inventory but if it does happen, rest assured that we will stay in constant contact with them to keep you informed along the way.
We will always attempt to fill each and every order, but in some cases for reasons beyond our control delays or cancellations may be necessary. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
**All pre-orders are shipped on first come - first served basis.
You will be charged for the full amount upon placing your order. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order and refund you. Thank you for understanding.

If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, please be aware that we won't be able to ship until both items are available. Best thing to do is place two separate orders.
